Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years or older to apply
- willingness to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds as necessary
- positive attitude and dependability
- flexibility to work various shifts including nights and weekends
- ability to be cross-trained in multiple positions
- commitment to excellent customer service
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior customer service experience is an asset but not required
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- team player with strong communication skills
- ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks
- minimum age of 16 years to apply
Job Duties
- Greet each guest with a smile and a warm welcome
- be cross-trained in a minimum of at least three service positions
- multi-task effectively and act without needing direction
- stand for long periods of time as required by all positions
