On the operational side, team members maintain cleanliness across all areas including the serving line, dining room, restrooms, back of house, and storage facilities, ensuring an inviting environment for guests. They are expected to have comprehensive knowledge of the menu, including the ingredients, assembly, and specials so that they can confidently present food items that meet the brand standards. FUSIAN's commitment to food safety is paramount, and team members are trained to adhere strictly to all recipes and procedures. Whether working part-time or full-time, team members are given flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and the opportunity for advancement. Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience in customer service, cashier, associate, or restaurant crew member roles is highly desirable

Job Duties

  • Provide not just good, but great, customer service to every guest
  • Maintain cleanliness of the serving line, dining room, restrooms, back of house, and storage areas
  • Maintain full awareness and knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, assembly, sides, drinks, and seasonal items
  • Learn to present all FUSIAN menu items in a manner that represents FUSIAN’s standards and procedures
  • Share the FUSIAN concept and story through the entire guest experience
  • Maintain FUSIAN’s high quality food safety standards by adhering to all recipes and procedures
