As a member of the Corporate Field Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that Checkers & Rally's remains the first choice for guests visiting any of its restaurant locations. Your contributions will directly impact the daily operations and overall guest satisfaction at the restaurants. This role involves working closely with general managers and other team members to uphold the brand’s high standards for service, food quality, and cleanliness. The position requires you to passionately serve guests by providing an excellent customer service experience and ensuring fast, bold food is delivered consistently.

In this role, you will be tasked with building sales and profits by promoting guest satisfaction, which involves identifying and responding to guests’ needs promptly and efficiently. You will be expected to escalate any concerns or recommendations to the general manager, ensuring issues are addressed in a timely manner to maintain a positive dining experience. Another key responsibility is completing cross-training and certification in multiple positions, which enhances your understanding of restaurant operations and supports operational flexibility. Adherence to company policies and procedures is critical to maximizing both guest and employee satisfaction. Additionally, you will contribute to maintaining a safe, clean, and fun environment for everyone in the restaurant, including your fellow employees and customers.
