Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years old
- able to stand for long periods
- capable of lifting up to 50lbs
- willing to be cross-trained across multiple positions
- dependable and punctual
- positive attitude and willingness to learn
- able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous customer service experience is an asset but not required
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- willing to learn and adapt
- ability to follow instructions and procedures

Job Duties
- Greet each guest with a smile and a warm welcome
- be cross-trained in minimum of at least three service positions
- multi-task and work proactively without waiting to be told what to do
- stand for long periods
- work well in a team environment

- maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate dependability and willingness to learn
