The role of Team Member at Fresh Dining Concepts involves working primarily with Auntie Anne's and/or Cinnabon products. This position is essential to the daily operations of the store and directly impacts customer satisfaction through product preparation, presentation, and guest service. Team Members are responsible for preparing dough, shaping pretzels and Cinnabons, handling specialty brand products, baking, and assembling orders with attention to health and safety standards. Additionally, they engage with guests by hosting, taking orders, upselling products, and efficiently operating the point-of-sale system.

This position is vital in maintaining the cleanliness and operational readiness of the store, including the setup and breakdown of equipment and adherence to company hygiene and uniform policies. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 0-1 years of experience in food service or retail
  • current food handler certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
  • basic math and reading skills
  • ability to understand oral and written instructions in English
  • strong guest service skills
  • availability to work various shifts
  • ability to work standing and perform repetitive hand and arm motions
  • ability to lift 50+ pounds
  • ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • commitment to company policies and hygiene standards
  • minimum age 16 for oven operation, 18 for mixer operation

Job Qualifications

  • 0-1 years of experience in the food service industry or equivalent retail experience
  • current food handler certification or ability to obtain within 30 days

Job Duties

  • Prepare dough and other products such as lemonade, butter, dips, Cinnabons, and yogurt
  • roll, twist, dip, shape, bake, and bag pretzels, Cinnabons, and yogurt
  • prepare specialty pretzels or other brand products for Cinnabon
  • insert, rotate, and remove pretzel and Cinnabon trays
  • monitor ovens for correct baking time and product color
  • dip, drain, and fill pretzels and Cinnabons in the warmer or hot plate
  • prepare drinks and bag orders using health and safety measures
  • exhibit a friendly and courteous attitude toward guests and co-workers
  • host, greet, and serve guests with a smile and take orders
  • assertively and professionally suggest and upsell products
  • operate the point-of-sale system efficiently and accurately
  • serve and provide samples to potential guests
  • set up and break down equipment, utensils, and supplies
  • perform cleaning and maintenance procedures as directed
  • comply with uniform policy and hygiene standards
  • maintain regular attendance and punctuality
  • follow company policies and relevant federal and state regulations
