This distinction means that your employer will be the independent franchisee rather than the parent company, and the franchisee holds full responsibility for all employment-related matters such as hiring, firing, wages, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. As a restaurant team member in this setting, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional guest experience, characterized by quality food, excellent service, and maintaining a clean, safe environment for all patrons.
