Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods with periodic breaks
  • Perform repetitive motions including chopping, stirring, carrying, and operating equipment
  • Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, stretching, twisting, and reaching above eye level
  • Capability to walk up and down stairs and use a step ladder
  • Occasional sitting, talking, and active listening
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly, using proper equipment or assistance for heavier loads
  • Ability to move quickly and efficiently around the kitchen
  • Compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work in a loud, fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work in temperature-varying zones including hot kitchens and cold storage

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 16 years of age or comply with state-specific labor laws
  • Prior food service or customer service experience is a plus but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
  • Must be dependable and punctual

Job Duties

  • Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
  • Prepare and assemble menu items according to Wendy's standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitary conditions in the kitchen and dining areas
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Handle customer transactions accurately at the register
  • Assist with inventory and restocking as needed
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations
