Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods with periodic breaks
- Perform repetitive motions including chopping, stirring, carrying, and operating equipment
- Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, stretching, twisting, and reaching above eye level
- Capability to walk up and down stairs and use a step ladder
- Occasional sitting, talking, and active listening
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly, using proper equipment or assistance for heavier loads
- Ability to move quickly and efficiently around the kitchen
- Compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in a loud, fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work in temperature-varying zones including hot kitchens and cold storage
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age or comply with state-specific labor laws
- Prior food service or customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
- Must be dependable and punctual
Job Duties
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Prepare and assemble menu items according to Wendy's standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitary conditions in the kitchen and dining areas
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Handle customer transactions accurately at the register
- Assist with inventory and restocking as needed
