The role of a Team Member at BURGER KING is integral to delivering the exceptional guest service that the brand is known for. This position involves direct interaction with guests as well as close collaboration with Restaurant Managers and fellow Team Members to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations. Team Members are entrusted with a variety of responsibilities that center around customer service, food preparation, cleanliness, safety, and inventory management. They are expected to greet guests warmly, take and process orders accurately, prepare and package food and beverages according to established standards, and maintain the cleanliness of all areas within the restaurant including dining and restroom facilities as well as exterior spaces.

Given the dynamic nature of the fast food environment, Team Members must be comfortable working in a fast-paced setting and demonstrate a positive, professional demeanor in interactions with both guests and coworkers. Flexibility is key as the role may require working multiple stations and learning various aspects of restaurant operations. This opportunity offers competitive compensation starting at $9.00 per hour, with additional bonus pay available and a comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, and life insurance. The position is available on both a full-time and part-time basis, with schedules that accommodate weekends, holidays, and 8-hour shifts.
