Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience as cook, customer service, or cashier desired
- Ability to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to maintain a friendly and pleasant demeanor
- Capable of performing basic food preparation and kitchen sanitation tasks
- Good communication skills
- Ability to use cash handling systems accurately
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- Previous customer service or cashier experience in a quick service environment or similar role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office suite including Word and Excel
- Interest and availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to prioritize work and demonstrate problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and managing teams
- Strong work ethic and high personal standards for quality of work
- Interest in continued training and development
Job Duties
- Use the cash register to ring up guests
- Accept payments and provide receipts
- Ensure all transactions run smoothly and customers are satisfied
- Maintain a clean dining room and bathroom area
- Assemble orders as a Packline operator
- Assist guests in selecting their meal and suggestive sell
- Maintain an accurate balanced cash till by following all cash handling procedures
- Follow all company standards and procedures to fulfill orders
- Wash dishes during slow periods
- Heat up or cook side dishes and prep for the day or next day
