The role available is that of a Team Member, focused primarily on delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring smooth transactional operations within a fast-paced quick service restaurant setting. This is a full-time position based at the San Dimas, CA location, offering a competitive salary of $20 per hour. As a Team Member, your key responsibility will be operating the cash register to process guest payments, provide receipts, and maintain the accuracy and security of cash handling procedures. Beyond cashier duties, you will also assist in assembling customer orders from both in-person and online requests, ensuring all food items meet quality standards and order accuracy.

Additionally, Team Members are entrusted with maintaining cleanliness in the dining rooms and bathrooms, demonstrating a commitment to a hygienic and welcoming dining environment. This role requires a friendly attitude and pleasant demeanor, as the Team Member serves as a frontline representative of the brand, creating positive guest experiences through excellent communication and suggestive selling to assist guests in selecting their meals.

Shift work will vary and includes 5 to 8-hour day, evening, and weekend shifts, requiring flexibility and reliability. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in cook, customer service, cashier roles desired
  • Ability to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to quality
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage tasks efficiently
  • Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Previous customer service or cashier experience in a quick service environment or similar role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office suite including Word and Excel

Job Duties

  • Operate cash register to process guest payments and provide receipts
  • Ensure all transactions run smoothly and maintain balanced cash till following cash handling procedures
