- Responsible for the preparation of certain food items
- Responsible for greeting guests and taking their orders accurately in a friendly manner
- Must have knowledge of menu items and their ingredients and packaging
- Maintain quality standards of food and beverage products prepared
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Handle cash accurately in cash handling positions
- Deliver food and drink orders to guests and confirm accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness in dining room and service areas
- Keep various stations or food production or storage areas clean
