Job Requirements
- Must be able to come to work promptly and regularly
- Must be able to take direction and work well with others
- Must be able to provide courteous service and deal effectively with Wendy's guests
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes, including meeting all service time goals
- Must be able to concentrate and perform duties accurately
- Must be able to react to change productively and handle other tasks as assigned
- Must be able to learn and apply Wendy's operating procedures including food safety and security procedures and other policies and procedures applicable to crew member job
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively
- Must be able to learn and work in multiple positions such as grill, fries/nuggets, sandwiches, register
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in fast food or customer service is a plus
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods
Job Duties
- Operate grill station efficiently
- Prepare fries and nuggets accurately
- Make picture-perfect sandwiches
- Perform register functions effectively
- Interact positively with guests to ensure a great visit
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
