This job opportunity is with an independent franchisee operating a Jack in the Box restaurant located at 3001 W. Euless Blvd, Euless, TX 76040. Unlike direct employment by Jack in the Box Inc., this position is under the independent franchisee who manages all employment-related matters including staffing, wages, supervision, and scheduling. Jack in the Box is a well-known fast food restaurant chain famous for its diverse menu offering burgers, tacos, and other quick-service quality food items. The franchisee aims to deliver an exceptional food service experience by upholding the brand's standards and commitment to guest satisfaction.
The role focuses on serving guests in a high volume, fast-paced environment by working efficiently at various restaurant workstations. Employees are responsible for maintaining an outstanding guest experience through speedy service, quality food preparation, and a clean environment. The position requires collaboration within a team to meet guest expectations which include being well-trained, neat, friendly, well-staffed, and delivering food that consistently tastes great. Integrity in following food safety standards and restaurant policies is paramount. In this position, employees will perform diverse duties ranging from guest service—taking and assembling orders, maintaining cleanliness, and stocking work areas—to food preparation involving fryer operations, ingredient assembly, and storage. Cleaning the interior and exterior areas of the restaurant, including dining rooms, restrooms, parking lots, and drive-thru, is a vital responsibility. The employee must keep the restaurant environment visually appealing and hygienic to uphold the brand image. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to stand and walk 90-95% of the shift
- Ability to lift and carry 15-25 lbs
- Understand and communicate in English
- Basic math skills
- Ability to operate POS system and read video monitors
- Capability to work effectively in a team
- Willingness to follow safety and cleanliness standards
