Job Requirements
- minimum age of 16 years
- availability for early morning, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- willingness to learn and be cross-trained in multiple store functions
- commitment to teamwork and guest satisfaction
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- previous experience in food service or retail is a plus
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- teamwork and positive attitude
- leadership qualities for shift lead positions
- basic math and cash handling skills
Job Duties
- welcome guests warmly and provide excellent customer service
- keep the store stocked and clean throughout the shift
- operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
- prepare food items including pizza, donuts, and other menu offerings
- assist in maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards
- support team members and collaborate to ensure smooth store operations
- perform leadership duties when acting as shift leader including training and mentoring staff
