Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods of 4-8 hours with periodic breaks
- Perform repetitive motions using hands and arms such as chopping, stirring, carrying, and operating equipment
- Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, stretching, twisting, and reaching above eye level
- Capability to walk up and down stairs and use a step ladder if needed
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds with proper techniques
- Ability to move quickly and efficiently within the kitchen environment
- Compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to work in loud, fast-paced, temperature varying environments
- Awareness of hazards such as heat, noise, sharp objects, and wet floors
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age or comply with state-specific labor laws
- Prior food service or customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
- Must be dependable and punctual
