We provide competitive compensation, with pay ranging from $16.30 to $20.00 per hour, depending on experience and position within the team. Additionally, our benefits package includes paid sick leave under the Paid Family and Medical Leave Act (PFMLA), 401K retirement benefits after one year of employment with over 1000 hours worked, medical and dental insurance eligibility after one year for employees averaging 30 or more hours per week, and complimentary meals during shifts to ensure our team members are well taken care of.
