Job Requirements
- High school or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service or cashier experience in a quick service environment or a similar role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word and Excel
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to prioritize work and problem-solve efficiently
- Strong work ethic and commitment to quality
- Interest in ongoing training and development
- Reliable commute or plan to relocate before starting work
Job Qualifications
- Previous customer service or cashier experience in a quick service environment, or other similar role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office suite (Word and Excel)
- Interest and availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to prioritize work, demonstrate problem-solving ability, attention to detail and managing teams
- Strong work ethic and high personal standards for quality of work
- Interest in continued training and development
Job Duties
- Be friendly
- Assist guests in selecting their meal and suggestive sell
- Ensure orders are accurate
- Maintain an accurate balanced cash till by following all cash handling procedures
- Follow all company standards and procedures to fulfill orders
- Maintain a clean working environment
- Wash dishes during slow periods
- Heat up or cook side dishes and prep for the day or next day
