The Team Member position at Restaurant Brands California is a full-time role that pays between $20 and $22 per hour. This important role is integral to ensuring smooth daily operations by providing friendly and efficient service to guests. The Team Member primarily operates the cash register, accepting payments, issuing receipts, and ensuring that all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently. In addition to cashier responsibilities, Team Members may also function as Packline operators who assemble orders placed by guests or through online channels. Job Requirements
- High school or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service or cashier experience in a quick service environment or a similar role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word and Excel
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to prioritize work and problem-solve efficiently
- Strong work ethic and commitment to quality
- Interest in ongoing training and development
- Reliable commute or plan to relocate before starting work
Job Qualifications
- Previous customer service or cashier experience in a quick service environment, or other similar role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office suite (Word and Excel)
- Interest and availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to prioritize work, demonstrate problem-solving ability, attention to detail and managing teams
- Strong work ethic and high personal standards for quality of work

Job Duties
- Be friendly
- Assist guests in selecting their meal and suggestive sell
- Ensure orders are accurate
- Maintain an accurate balanced cash till by following all cash handling procedures
- Follow all company standards and procedures to fulfill orders

- Wash dishes during slow periods
- Heat up or cook side dishes and prep for the day or next day
