Job Requirements

  • ability to stand for extended periods (4-8+ hours) with periodic breaks
  • perform repetitive motions including frequent use of hands and arms
  • frequent bending, stooping, squatting, stretching, twisting, and reaching above eye level
  • capability to walk up and down stairs and use a step ladder as needed
  • occasional sitting, talking, and active listening
  • ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly, using equipment or assistance for heavier loads
  • ability to move quickly and efficiently in the kitchen
  • compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to work in loud, fast-paced environments
  • willingness to work in varying temperature zones (hot kitchens and cold storage)
  • use of proper personal protective equipment
  • awareness of safety hazards such as hot surfaces, sharp objects, and wet floors

Job Qualifications

  • must be at least 16 years of age or comply with state-specific labor laws
  • prior food service or customer service experience is a plus but not required
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
  • must be dependable and punctual
