Job Requirements
- ability to stand for extended periods (4-8+ hours) with periodic breaks
- perform repetitive motions including frequent use of hands and arms
- frequent bending, stooping, squatting, stretching, twisting, and reaching above eye level
- capability to walk up and down stairs and use a step ladder as needed
- occasional sitting, talking, and active listening
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly, using equipment or assistance for heavier loads
- ability to move quickly and efficiently in the kitchen
- compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to work in loud, fast-paced environments
- willingness to work in varying temperature zones (hot kitchens and cold storage)
- use of proper personal protective equipment
- awareness of safety hazards such as hot surfaces, sharp objects, and wet floors
Job Qualifications
- must be at least 16 years of age or comply with state-specific labor laws
- prior food service or customer service experience is a plus but not required
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
- must be dependable and punctual
