Job Requirements

  • Must love to smile, laugh & have fun
  • ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift & lift 30-50lbs repeatedly
  • enjoy working in a high energy, fast paced environment
  • promote and drive the White Castle initiatives and increase brand loyalty
  • must be a good person, a team player, and treat others with care and respect
  • must be at least 16 years of age at the time of hire

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in customer service or food service is a plus but not required
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • basic math skills for handling transactions
  • willingness to learn and follow company procedures

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent customer service
