The compensation for this position ranges between $15.00 and $19.20 per hour, which is competitive within the industry and reflects your qualifications and experience. Job Requirements

  • Must love to smile, laugh and have fun
  • ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift and lift 30-50lbs repeatedly
  • enjoy working in a high energy, fast paced environment
  • promote and drive the White Castle initiatives and increase brand loyalty
  • must be a good person, a team player, and treat others with care and respect
  • must be at least 16 years of age at the time of hire

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift between 30 to 50 pounds
  • enjoy working in a fast-paced and energetic environment
  • effective communication and teamwork skills
  • willingness to learn and follow safety and sanitation guidelines
  • positive attitude with a love for smiling, laughing, and having fun
  • minimum age of 16 years at time of hire

Job Duties

  • Provide customer service with a friendly and positive attitude
  • operate the cash register and drive-thru efficiently
