Job Requirements
- Must love to smile, laugh and have fun
- ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift and lift 30-50lbs repeatedly
- enjoy working in a high energy, fast paced environment
- promote and drive the White Castle initiatives and increase brand loyalty
- must be a good person, a team player, and treat others with care and respect
- must be at least 16 years of age at the time of hire
Job Qualifications
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift between 30 to 50 pounds
- enjoy working in a fast-paced and energetic environment
- effective communication and teamwork skills
- willingness to learn and follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- positive attitude with a love for smiling, laughing, and having fun
- minimum age of 16 years at time of hire
Job Duties
- Provide customer service with a friendly and positive attitude
- operate the cash register and drive-thru efficiently
- prepare food orders following company standards
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the work area
- work the fryer and griddle to cook menu items
- promote the White Castle brand and initiatives
- support team efforts and contribute to a positive work environment
