The Team Member role at Jack in the Box is pivotal in delivering the signature 'WOW' guest experience. Additionally, the Team Member is responsible for managing guest complaints efficiently by applying the CARE model—courtesy, apology, resolution, and extra effort—to ensure customer satisfaction. Team Members are expected to follow company procedures, maintain punctuality, support new employees, uphold uniform and grooming standards, and contribute to a clean and organized restaurant. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in fast food or customer service preferred
  • ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to follow instructions and procedures
  • physical ability to stand, walk, and lift as required
  • positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • availability for scheduled shifts
  • willingness to learn and adapt

Job Qualifications

  • Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior
  • ability to stand and walk approximately 90 percent-95 percent of shift
  • ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
  • ability to take guests' orders, operate a cash register, and read video monitors
  • ability and desire to work in a very fast-paced environment
