Job Requirements

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
ability to handle cash transactions accurately
excellent customer service skills
willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
ability to perform physical tasks such as cleaning, stocking and food preparation
strong communication skills
preferred but not required valid driver's license
ability to work in person at the restaurant location

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
prior experience in a fast-paced food service environment preferred
ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
basic math skills for handling cash transactions
ability to work both independently and as part of a team
strong attention to detail and organizational skills
familiarity with health and safety standards in food service
willingness to work variable schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
valid driver's license preferred

Job Duties

Greets customers with a positive and friendly attitude
enters orders into POS system, uses suggestive selling of food products to customers, receives payment (cash and credit card), makes change and maintains cash drawer
presents orders to guests and ensures accuracy of order
assists with ordering filling as needed
reads monitor to identify products that need to be prepared
notifies cook of special orders, shortages and needs
performs food preparation, stocking of supplies, cleaning of dining room tables and restrooms, sweeping, mopping, discarding of trash and filling ice bins
sets up workstations with all needed ingredients and equipment
communicates with customers, team members and managers in a positive and professional manner
maintains cleanliness on the service counter and order presentation counter
maintains cleanliness, organization, and rotation of the display cooler
observes health and sanitation guidelines and follows established procedures to meet high standards of cleanliness, health and safety protocols
maintains a clean and sanitary workstation and takes ownership of area
looks for opportunities to assist fellow team members in an enthusiastic manner
performs other duties as assigned
works variable schedules including evenings, weekends, holidays
