Job Requirements

- ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- excellent customer service skills

- ability to perform physical tasks such as cleaning, stocking and food preparation
- strong communication skills
- preferred but not required valid driver's license
- ability to work in person at the restaurant location
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greets customers with a positive and friendly attitude
- enters orders into POS system, uses suggestive selling of food products to customers, receives payment (cash and credit card), makes change and maintains cash drawer
- presents orders to guests and ensures accuracy of order
- assists with ordering filling as needed
- reads monitor to identify products that need to be prepared
- notifies cook of special orders, shortages and needs
- performs food preparation, stocking of supplies, cleaning of dining room tables and restrooms, sweeping, mopping, discarding of trash and filling ice bins
- sets up workstations with all needed ingredients and equipment
- communicates with customers, team members and managers in a positive and professional manner
- maintains cleanliness on the service counter and order presentation counter
- maintains cleanliness, organization, and rotation of the display cooler
- observes health and sanitation guidelines and follows established procedures to meet high standards of cleanliness, health and safety protocols
- maintains a clean and sanitary workstation and takes ownership of area
- looks for opportunities to assist fellow team members in an enthusiastic manner
- performs other duties as assigned
