Job Requirements
- 16 years of age or older
- Commitment to McAlister's grooming and uniform policy
- Ability to communicate effectively with management, corporate staff, restaurant employees, and customers
- Ability to travel to assigned restaurant location and operate respective workstations
- Capable of lifting and transporting up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Must stand and walk 80 to 90 percent of the time
Job Qualifications
- Diploma of high school or equivalent
- Ability to speak, read and write effectively
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Knowledge of customer service procedures
- Familiarity with food preparation and safety standards

Job Duties
- Responsible for preparing certain food items
- Responsible for greeting guests and taking their orders accurately and in a friendly manner
- Knowledge of menu items and ingredients, and familiarity with customer service procedures
- Responsible for accurate cash handling
- Delivering orders to guests ensuring completeness and correctness
- Maintaining cleanliness in the dining area and providing guest service
- Ensuring every guest receives what they ordered with promptness and courtesy
- Preparing each menu item quickly and maintaining quality standards
- Maintaining cleanliness and order at assigned workstations
