Job Requirements
- Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends
- must be at least 16 years of age
- physically able to see, hear, speak, reach, lift up to 50 pounds, sit, stand for 4 to 8 hours, bend, and move intermittently during working hours
- willing to work flexible and varying shifts
Job Qualifications
- Prior restaurant, retail or guest service experience preferred
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to handle multiple priorities effectively

- ability to manage cash and follow cash handling procedures

Job Duties
- Provide incredible guest service by developing personal ongoing relationships with guests
- practice active listening and connection
- anticipate guest needs and proactively solve guest opportunities by demonstrating product knowledge and hospitality
- make enthusiastic and knowledgeable recommendations to delight guests
- create day-making experiences that spark a chain reaction of good
- hand-craft beverages to order per Caribou standard operating procedures
- heat, prepare, and serve Caribou food offerings to standard operating procedures
- float between barista and guest service and fulfill all team member roles and responsibilities
- take guest orders and manage cash drawer following all cash handling policies and procedures
- maintain the look and feel of a well-run store by following cleanliness, sanitization, and organization standards
- actively think and act upon what the team and guest will need in the future
- differentiate between problems that can be solved directly and when to ask for leader support
- willingly take direction from leaders and manage multiple priorities
- bring core values to life in all actions: support one another, make fun happen, be yourself, take ownership, serve with love
- bring joy to interactions and make fun happen
