Job Duties
- Prepare and serve classic East Coast-style subs and cheesesteaks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining area
- Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and genuine attitude
- Adhere to food safety and handling procedures including FIFO
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies
- Work collaboratively with team members in a fast-paced environment
