This position offers a flexible schedule with no evening or night shifts, as stores close by mid-afternoon, specifically no later than 3 pm. The starting pay ranges from $14.00 to $21.00 per hour, adhering to local and state minimum wage regulations. In addition, cash and credit card tips may supplement earnings. Working as a Team Member provides ample opportunities for career advancement, as many of the company's General Managers started in entry-level roles like Shift Leader and Team Member.
