Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years old
- flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and various shift times
- ability to stand for long periods
- willingness to learn and cross-train in various store functions
- reliable and punctual
- good organizational and time management skills
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in retail or food service is a plus but not required
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- leadership skills for managerial roles
- positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Job Duties
- greet guests and provide excellent customer service
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
- operate the cash register and handle transactions
- prepare food items including pizza, donuts, and subs
- stock shelves and manage inventory
- lead and support team members as a store leader
- train and coach new employees to meet performance standards
