Job Requirements

  • high school or equivalent preferred
  • previous customer service or cashier experience in a quick service environment or related field
  • strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • ability to prioritize tasks and demonstrate problem-solving skills
  • strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • willingness to maintain cleanliness standards
  • commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction

Job Qualifications

  • previous customer service or cashier experience in a quick service environment or other similar role
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • proficiency using Microsoft Office suite word and excel
  • interest and availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • ability to prioritize work demonstrate problem-solving ability attention to detail and managing teams
  • strong work ethic and high personal standards for quality of work
  • interest in continued training and development

Job Duties

  • be friendly
  • assist guests in selecting their meal and suggestive sell
  • ensure orders are accurate
  • maintain an accurate balanced cash till by following all cash handling procedures
  • follow all company standards and procedures to fulfill orders
  • maintain a clean working environment
  • wash dishes during slow periods
  • heat up or cook side dishes and prep for the day or next day
