The Team Member role at Restaurant Brands California is a dynamic position within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. As a Team Member, individuals will perform key operational duties including interacting directly with guests through ringing up orders, handling cash transactions, and ensuring each customer leaves satisfied. The role combines responsibilities typical of both cashiers and packline operators. Beyond customer interaction, Team Members are responsible for maintaining cleanliness within the dining and restroom areas, supporting food preparation by heating or cooking side dishes, and prepping for upcoming service periods. Job Requirements
- high school or equivalent preferred
- previous customer service or cashier experience in a quick service environment or related field
- strong communication skills both verbal and written
- proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to prioritize tasks and demonstrate problem-solving skills
- strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- willingness to maintain cleanliness standards

Job Qualifications
- previous customer service or cashier experience in a quick service environment or other similar role
- strong verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties
