Job Requirements
- Ability to lift 30 plus pounds
- food service experience is encouraged but not required
- must be able to work weekdays weekday mornings through late afternoons year-round

Job Duties
- Prepping gelato sauces, sundae toppings, and inclusions per recipe book
- operating gelato batch freezers, commercial mixers and ovens
- chopping, blending, lifting gelato ingredients over 50 pounds
- cleaning equipment
- stocking finished products in a walk-in freezer and cooler
- assisting in the organization of gelato inventory and ingredient procurement
- maintaining a clean work environment
- coordinating finished products to retail locations and wholesale customers
- communicating with Kitchen Manager on menu development
