The company is presently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join their dynamic team. This full-time position is based in-person across various restaurant locations within Southern California. With a competitive pay range of $20 to $22 per hour, this opportunity offers a rewarding employment experience with potential benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, paid vacation, sick leave, and a 401(k) program. Team Members will work varied shifts including day, evening, weekends, and flexible schedules to meet operational needs.

As a Team Member at Restaurant Brands California, your primary role will involve operating the cash register to efficiently and accurately process guest transactions. This includes accepting payments, providing receipts, and ensuring every customer leaves satisfied with the service experience. Beyond cashier responsibilities, you will also support the packline operation by assembling orders placed by guests or received via online platforms, ensuring accuracy and prompt delivery.

Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in dining and bathroom areas is another crucial responsibility, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere for both customers and staff. Team Members are expected to uphold company standards, follow all procedures, and maintain their workstations to promote a safe and efficient working environment. The role occasionally requires assisting with cooking and heating side dishes, preparing food for service periods, and performing other supportive tasks during slower business periods.

Ideal candidates display a positive attitude, a pleasant demeanor, and strong communication skills. Previous experience in customer service, cashiering, or similar roles within a fast-paced, quick-service restaurant environment is desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel is also beneficial. The company values employees who demonstrate problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a willingness to engage in ongoing training and development. Team Members must be able to prioritize workload effectively while maintaining high personal standards for quality and work ethic.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service or cashiering in a quick service environment or similar role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and demonstrate problem-solving skills
  • Reliable commute or plans to relocate before starting work

Job Duties

  • Be friendly
  • Assist guests in selecting their meal and suggestive sell
  • Ensure orders are accurate
  • Maintain an accurate balanced cash till by following all cash handling procedures
  • Follow all company standards and procedures to fulfill orders

  • Wash dishes during slow periods
  • Heat up or cook side dishes and prep for the day or next day
