In this role, employees are encouraged to develop ongoing personal relationships with guests by actively listening and anticipating their needs. Providing knowledgeable recommendations, preparing high-quality drinks and food items according to Caribou's standard operating procedures, and managing cash transactions responsibly are critical tasks. Team Members also ensure that cleanliness and organizational standards are met to maintain a welcoming environment.
