Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- At least 16 years old
- Ability to stand and walk 90-95% of the shift
- Ability to lift and carry 15-25 pounds
- Ability to listen and understand guest orders
- Ability to operate POS systems and read video monitors
- Flexible schedule and ability to work in fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Guest service or food cook/preparation experience helpful
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to understand and communicate in English
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication
- Ability to multitask in a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Ability to read video monitors and operate a cash register
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Job Duties
- Acknowledges and welcomes guests immediately
- Takes and clarifies orders and assists with menu selection
- Enters orders in POS, collects money, and gives change
- Assembles and delivers orders accurately and timely
- Maintains cleanliness and stocking of work areas
- Prepares food items according to procedures and quality standards
- Performs interior and exterior cleaning tasks
- Handles food safety procedures and compliance
- Supports team members and follows restaurant policies
