  • Previous experience in customer service or retail preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • High level of personal cleanliness and hygiene
  • Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests to assist their needs
  • Maintain a sparkling clean store
  • Provide fresh, great quality product to customers
  • Learn different store positions such as rolling and twisting pretzels, monitor baking times, prepare product properly for display, bag orders, prepare drinks, rotate inventory and stock the store
  • Be responsible for cash drawer and handle cash/credit transactions
  • Open/close the store according to company guidelines
  • Follow company guidelines during store operational hours
  • Communicate as a team with fellow co-workers
  • Assist in training new employees
  • Run nightly reports and record paperwork properly
  • Follow all food safety regulations
  • Perform all duties in a safe manner and comply with federal and state regulations
