- Previous experience in customer service or retail preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- High level of personal cleanliness and hygiene
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Eligibility for health benefits requires full-time status

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests to assist their needs
- Maintain a sparkling clean store
- Provide fresh, great quality product to customers
- Learn different store positions such as rolling and twisting pretzels, monitor baking times, prepare product properly for display, bag orders, prepare drinks, rotate inventory and stock the store
- Be responsible for cash drawer and handle cash/credit transactions
- Open/close the store according to company guidelines
- Follow company guidelines during store operational hours
- Communicate as a team with fellow co-workers
- Assist in training new employees
- Run nightly reports and record paperwork properly
- Follow all food safety regulations
- Perform all duties in a safe manner and comply with federal and state regulations
