Job Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age
Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and weekends
Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to see, hear, and speak effectively
Willingness to work flexible hours
Ability to manage cash handling following procedures
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Commitment to providing excellent customer service

Job Qualifications

Must be at least 16 years of age
Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and weekends
Preferably have restaurant, retail, or guest service experience
Possess a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Be physically capable of standing and moving for extended periods
Show willingness to learn and grow within the company

Job Duties

Provide incredible guest service by developing personal ongoing relationships with guests
Practice active listening and connection
Anticipate guest needs and proactively solve guest opportunities by demonstrating product knowledge and hospitality
Make enthusiastic and knowledgeable recommendations to delight guests
Create day making experiences that spark a chain reaction of GOOD
Hand-craft beverages to order per Caribou standard operating procedures
Heat, prepare, and serve Caribou food offerings to standard operating procedures
Float between barista and guest service and fulfill all team member roles
Take guest orders, manage cash drawer, and follow cash handling policies
Maintain cleanliness, sanitization, and organization standards
Actively think and act upon team and guest future needs
Differentiate between problems solvable directly and when to seek leader support
Take direction from leaders and manage multiple priorities
