Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and weekends
  • Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to see, hear, and speak effectively
  • Willingness to work flexible hours
  • Ability to manage cash handling following procedures
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and weekends
  • Preferably have restaurant, retail, or guest service experience
  • Possess a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
  • Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Be physically capable of standing and moving for extended periods
  • Show willingness to learn and grow within the company

Job Duties

  • Provide incredible guest service by developing personal ongoing relationships with guests
  • Practice active listening and connection
  • Anticipate guest needs and proactively solve guest opportunities by demonstrating product knowledge and hospitality
  • Make enthusiastic and knowledgeable recommendations to delight guests
  • Create day making experiences that spark a chain reaction of GOOD
  • Hand-craft beverages to order per Caribou standard operating procedures
  • Heat, prepare, and serve Caribou food offerings to standard operating procedures
  • Float between barista and guest service and fulfill all team member roles
  • Take guest orders, manage cash drawer, and follow cash handling policies
  • Maintain cleanliness, sanitization, and organization standards
  • Actively think and act upon team and guest future needs
  • Differentiate between problems solvable directly and when to seek leader support
  • Take direction from leaders and manage multiple priorities
