Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior customer service or food service experience beneficial but not required
  • ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • reliable transportation to and from work
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • physical ability to stand and walk for long periods
  • capacity to lift moderate weights up to 65 lbs
  • willingness to follow safety and hygiene protocols
  • positive attitude and strong work ethic

Job Qualifications

  • Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior
  • ability to stand and walk approximately 90 to 95 percent of shift
  • ability to lift and carry 10 to 65 lbs
  • ability to take guests’ orders, operate a cash register, and read video monitors
  • ability and desire to work in a very fast-paced environment

  • has excellent record of attendance and punctuality (5 minutes before scheduled start time), and is flexible to meet restaurant scheduling needs

  • maintains restaurant cleanliness inside and outside by following JIB cleaning and maintenance procedures
  • maintains clean, neat appearance
  • follows uniform and grooming standards
