Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age with legally required documents and permits
- Outgoing and enthusiastic with willingness to serve the public positively
- Ability to arrive to work on time consistently
- Capability to work cooperatively with team members and management
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and pleasantly
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Employees under 18 must comply with legal restrictions on equipment use
Job Qualifications
- Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily
- Knowledge of health and safety laws, policies, and procedures
- Prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, and stooping
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to safely use kitchen knives
- Adequate command of English including understanding, speaking, reading, and writing
- Basic mathematical skills for accurate cash handling
Job Duties
- Serve customers within assigned station following prescribed methods and guest service standards
- Greet guests and enhance sales through purchase suggestions
- Receive payments and operate point-of-sale register according to cash handling policies
- Prepare food products following Recipe Manual and safety procedures
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain cleanliness in work area
- Communicate effectively with co-workers and management regarding food inventory and quality
- Complete cleaning and stocking duties as required
