Job Requirements

  • must be at least 16 years old
  • ability to understand and communicate clearly in English
  • basic math skills including addition, subtraction, and multiplication
  • ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
  • physical ability to stand and walk for most of the shift
  • ability to lift 15-25 pounds
  • ability to listen to guests' orders and operate restaurant equipment

Job Qualifications

  • experience in guest service or food cook/preparation helpful
  • comfort working in a high volume, fast-paced restaurant environment
  • must be at least 16 years old
  • ability to understand and communicate clearly in English
  • may require ability to speak another language based on location of restaurant
  • ability to read and understand written English
  • basic math skills including addition, subtraction, and multiplication
  • ability to perform multiple tasks at once
  • ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • physical ability to stand and walk for 90-95 percent of shift
  • ability to lift and carry 15-25 lbs
  • ability to listen to guests' orders
  • ability to operate a cash register

Job Duties

  • deliver exceptional guest experience by consistently providing excellent service
  • prepare great tasting and quality food according to established standards
  • maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
  • perform duties at one or more workstations in compliance with company procedures and systems
  • effectively communicate with guests and team members
  • operate cash registers and read video monitors
  • handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a high volume, fast-paced environment
