This job opportunity is offered by Feast Foods, LLC, an independent franchisee operating a Jack in the Box restaurant located at 9703 Washington St., Denver, CO 80229. Feast Foods, LLC, is not directly affiliated with Jack in the Box Inc., meaning all employment decisions, policies, and management responsibilities such as hiring, firing, wages, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling are handled directly by the franchisee. This ensures a personalized and locally-managed work environment while operating under the trusted and well-known brand of Jack in the Box. Jack in the Box is a renowned fast-food restaurant chain famous for its commitment to quality food, prompt service, and friendly customer interactions. The restaurant environment is dynamic and fast-paced, aiming to consistently deliver a satisfying guest experience through great food, excellent service, and a clean and welcoming establishment.

The role offered is that of a crew member responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience by providing excellent service, quality food, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant. This position involves working various workstations within the restaurant in line with Jack in the Box procedures and standards. The employee will be integral in ensuring a well-trained, neat, friendly, well-staffed, and food-safe environment that meets the high expectations of guests consistently. Key responsibilities include greeting guests warmly, efficiently handling orders in both dine-in and drive-thru settings, maintaining the cleanliness of the interior and exterior of the restaurant, preparing and assembling food to meet quality and safety standards, and working collaboratively with team members to create a positive atmosphere.

Moreover, the role demands adaptability, organization, and the ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced setting. Crew members must uphold brand standards, act as brand ambassadors, and engage guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to stand and walk 90-95% of shift and move freely throughout the restaurant
  • Ability to lift and carry 15-25 lbs
  • Ability to listen to guests' orders and operate cash register
  • Ability to read and understand English
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Must follow Jack in the Box uniform and grooming standards
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including peak times
  • Dependable and reliable with a positive customer-focused attitude

Job Qualifications

  • Guest service or food cook/preparation experience helpful
  • Comfortable working in a high volume, fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Ability to understand and communicate clearly in English
  • Ability to perform basic math including addition, subtraction, and multiplication
  • Ability to multitask effectively and work well in a team environment
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and customer service etiquette is a plus
  • Positive attitude with willingness to learn and adapt

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional guest service by working various workstations according to procedures
  • Greet and assist guests warmly in dine-in and drive-thru environments
  • Take and process orders accurately using POS systems
  • Assemble and prepare food products ensuring quality, presentation, and safety standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and stock supplies in all restaurant areas including interior, exterior, and kitchen
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction
  • Comply with all food safety and hygiene policies and report any concerns promptly
