This role involves working as a team member with various possible positions such as Cashier, Cook, Line Server, Grill, or Prep, where you will play an integral part in food preparation, customer service, and maintaining the cleanliness and overall atmosphere of the restaurant. Physical demands include standing, walking, lifting weights up to 50 pounds, and performing manual tasks that contribute to a smooth operation.   • must be able to learn POS Cash Register, Kitchen Screens, Recipes
  • must be able to navigate and use technology such as iPads, laptops, and other digital tools essential for daily operations

Job Duties

  • Greet and thank customers
  • place customer food and beverage orders through verbal communication and/or automated systems
  • relay customer food and beverage orders from service counter to kitchen operations
  • cook, prepare, package and pour food and beverages using kitchen equipment while following food safety procedures
  • stock kitchen and customer service operations with necessary food, beverage, packaging and service materials
  • fill food and beverage orders of customers
  • collect customer payments and return proper change through cash register
  • unload deliveries of food, beverage, packaging and serving materials
  • clean interior and exterior of restaurant including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing tables, seats, windows, doors, countertops, kitchenware and equipment
  • observe and follow alcoholic beverage laws when applicable
  • maintain safe public access to the restaurant
  • perform all other duties as assigned by management
