Job Requirements
- you must be available to work a minimum of 10-15 hours per week and be available on fridays and/or saturdays, you must commit to the highest chick-fil-a customer service standards and our promise to guests: the highest quality meals served in a quick, friendly, and clean environment, applicants under 18 years of age are subject to a reduced starting wage rate and limited benefits option, flexible scheduling required, ability to work both part-time and full-time shifts, willingness to learn and grow within the company, strong interpersonal and leadership qualities
Job Qualifications
- no experience required, ability to work a minimum of 10-15 hours per week, availability on fridays and/or saturdays, strong commitment to chick-fil-a customer service standards, ability to follow team member handbook policies, good communication and teamwork skills, willingness to pursue trainer certification and cross-training opportunities
Job Duties
- read, understand and comply with all parts of the team member handbook, treat all guests and fellow team members with honor, dignity, and respect, go above and beyond to show chick-fil-a magic to our guests, protect the customer experience by ensuring packaging, food presentation and quality is top notch, ensure the highest standards of food safety, going above and beyond what the law requires to keep guests safe, appropriately handle customer feedback and play a positive role in customer recovery, show up on time, have a great attitude and work hard for your entire shift
