This franchisee is responsible for all employment-related matters, including hiring, firing, wages, staffing, and scheduling, which means your employer will be the independent franchisee and not Jack in the Box Inc. itself. The restaurant is located at 328 W. University Dr., Denton, TX 76201, under property number 3776.
Working at this Jack in the Box franchise means becoming part of a high-energy team environment focused on delivering an exceptional guest experience. Every team member plays a crucial role in maintaining the high standards set by Jack in the Box for service quality, food taste, cleanliness, and hospitality. The overarching goal is to meet and exceed the 20/20 guest expectations, which cover well-trained, neat and well-groomed staff, friendly and attentive guest interaction, high-quality food, quick and consistent service, accurate orders, food safety, and strong teamwork.
Team members are expected to uphold the brand’s image as brand ambassadors, demonstrating passion and pride in their work and in representing Jack in the Box. This role demands a commitment to fast-paced, customer-focused service and flexibility to adapt to changing business needs. The ideal candidates should be dependable, collaborative, and able to handle high volume times with a professional and calm demeanor. Opportunities to engage with guests occur both at the front and back of the restaurant whether assembling orders, operating fryers, prepping ingredients, or maintaining cleanliness indoors and outdoors.
The role emphasizes a positive workplace culture where team skills such as respect, cooperation, and a can-do attitude are essential. Team members are trained to communicate respectfully and effectively with both guests and co-workers, contributing to a welcoming environment. Candidates are supported with reasonable accommodations for disabilities to help them perform the essential functions of the job.
