Job Duties
- Prepare menu items according to Tasty Chick'n's standards and procedures
- Follow specific recipes and portion sizes to maintain consistency in flavor and presentation
- Utilize appropriate cooking techniques and equipment to achieve the best results
- Adhere to proper holding times and temperatures to guarantee freshness
- Regularly monitor food items to ensure they remain within safe temperature ranges
- Rotate stock efficiently to minimize waste
- Package food products in Tasty Chick'n-approved containers and bags
- Label food items when necessary
- Conduct quality checks on finished products
- Visually inspect prepared items for appearance and freshness
- Taste-test select items to ensure flavor profiles are consistent
- Always wear the complete and proper uniform
- Maintain eye contact and engage warmly with customers
- Follow Tasty Chick'n's cash handling and security protocols
- Collaborate effectively with teammates and welcome coaching
- Communicate positively with customers, colleagues, and managers
- Keep food preparation areas, equipment, and utensils clean and sanitary
- Follow Tasty Chick'n's guidelines for safe food handling
- Maintain cleanliness in lobby, front counter, drive-thru, kitchen, storage areas, and restrooms
- Ensure the parking lot and exterior are litter-free
- Participate in routine deep cleaning tasks
