Job Requirements
- No previous experience necessary
- Open availability and flexibility are a must, including ability to work any shift
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Present self in a professional manner, including adhering to uniform standards
- Has a steadfast commitment to nurture an equitable, unbiased culture
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Travel requirements: 0-10%

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests by nurturing a culture where all people know that their wonderfully original identities are welcomed and loved
- Take and complete orders timely and accurately
- Accept payment for products and ensure delivery of correct change
- Maintain knowledge of products and current promotions
- Restock products to ensure freshness
- Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the shop
