Job Requirements

  • Ability to travel to assigned restaurant location
  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Food Handler certification may be required
  • Ability to stand and walk for 95 to 100 percent of shift
  • Ability to bend, reach, lift and carry a max of 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with effective follow-through
  • General knowledge of computers and POS systems desired
  • Ability to perform basic business math skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate, develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, managers and the public
  • Ability to read, write and speak effectively in English

Job Duties

  • Deliver effective results in quality, guest service, safety, security, cleanliness and product preparation
  • Exhibit a cheerful and helpful manner
  • Demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and explain them to guests accurately
  • Use Point of Sale system to record orders, compute order amounts and collect payment
  • Adhere to proper food handling, safety and sanitation standards
  • Follow all company operation policies and procedures
  • Make recommendations to enhance restaurant operations
  • Maintain professional appearance and grooming standards
  • Clean and maintain all areas of the restaurant
