Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in baking or cake decorating preferred
Ability to work flexible schedules including day and morning shifts
Must be able to stand for prolonged periods
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to work in varying temperature conditions
Willingness to adhere to safety and cleanliness standards
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work well in a team setting

Job Duties

Build strong relationships with co-workers and managers that create a fun, positive environment for learning and teamwork
Impress guests by providing a warm friendly interaction, maintaining a clean environment, and ensuring they leave happy
Responsible for scaling, decorating, and producing all desserts, pastries, and cakes
Master all recipes and techniques and guide new cake team members through the learning process
Follow and maintain Paris Baguette and DND Groups standards and policies to ensure safety
Maintain a tidy workstation and keep the cake display attractive to showcase your work
Present a sharp and tidy appearance consistent with company uniform standards
