Job Requirements
- Must love to smile, laugh and have fun
- ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift and lift 30-50lbs repeatedly
- enjoy working in a high energy, fast paced environment
- promote and drive the White Castle initiatives and increase brand loyalty
- must be a good person, a team player, and treat others with care and respect
- must be at least 16 years of age at the time of hire
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- no prior experience necessary as training is provided
- ability to work in fast-paced environment
- friendly and outgoing personality
- strong communication skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capable of lifting 30-50 pounds repeatedly
- at least 16 years of age at time of hire
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service
- operate cash register and drive-thru efficiently
- prepare food orders including working fryer and griddle stations
- maintain sanitation and cleanliness
- follow health and safety guidelines
- promote White Castle initiatives and brand loyalty
- collaborate effectively with team members
