Job Duties

Prepare menu items according to Tasty Chick'n's standards and procedures
Adhere to proper holding times and temperatures to guarantee freshness
Package food products in Tasty Chick'n-approved containers and bags
Conduct quality checks on finished products
Always wear the complete and proper uniform
Maintain eye contact and engage warmly with customers
Follow Tasty Chick'n's cash handling and security protocols
Collaborate effectively with your teammates and welcome coaching from the management team
Communicate positively with customers, colleagues, and managers
Keep food preparation areas, equipment, and utensils clean and sanitary
Follow Tasty Chick'n's guidelines for safe food handling
Maintain cleanliness in the lobby, front counter, drive-thru, kitchen, storage areas, and restrooms throughout your shift
Ensure the parking lot and exterior are litter-free and inviting
Participate in routine deep cleaning tasks
