Job Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age
ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends
ability to stand and move intermittently for 4 to 8 hours
ability to lift up to 50 pounds
reliable and punctual
strong customer service orientation
willingness to follow cash handling procedures
able to work well in a team environment

Job Qualifications

Must be at least 16 years of age
ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends
restaurant, retail, or guest service experience preferred
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
adaptable and able to multitask efficiently
positive attitude and eagerness to learn
ability to stand and move intermittently for 4 to 8 hours
basic math skills for cash handling

Job Duties

Provide incredible guest service by developing personal ongoing relationships with guests
practice active listening and connection
anticipate guest needs and proactively solve guest opportunities by demonstrating product knowledge and hospitality
make enthusiastic and knowledgeable recommendations to delight guests
create day-making experiences that spark a chain reaction of good
hand-craft beverages to order per Caribou standard operating procedures
heat, prepare, and serve Caribou food offerings to standard operating procedures
float between barista and guest service, and willingly fulfill all team member roles and responsibilities
take guest orders and manage cash drawer while following all cash handling policies and procedures
maintain the look and feel of a well-run store by following cleanliness, sanitization and organization standards
actively think and act upon what the team and guests will need in the future
differentiate between problems that can be solved directly and when to ask for leader support
bring the core values to life in all actions
bring joy to opportunities to interact with others and make fun happen
relish the opportunity to be helpful to team members and guests
have a learner’s mentality and desire to improve
