Job Requirements
- must love to smile, laugh & have fun
- ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift & lift 30-50lbs repeatedly
- enjoy working in a high energy, fast paced environment
- promote and drive the White Castle initiatives and increase brand loyalty
- must be a good person, a team player, and treat others with care and respect
- must be at least 16 years of age at the time of hire
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- team player with a positive attitude
- willingness to learn and adapt
- prior food service experience is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- provide exceptional customer service
- operate cash register and handle drive-thru orders
- prepare and assemble food items including frying and griddling
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- promote White Castle brand initiatives
- support team members and maintain a positive work environment
- comply with safety and health guidelines
