The role we are hiring for is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic and friendly team. As a crew member, you will be instrumental in delivering the White Castle experience to our customers. This position is ideal for individuals who bring a positive attitude, outgoing personality, and a passion for providing excellent customer service. Even if you do not have prior experience, we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success. Your daily activities will include greeting customers, working the cash register and drive-thru, preparing and assembling orders, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards, and operating kitchen equipment such as fryers and griddles. Our crew members are the not-so-secret ingredient to our thriving #whitecastleteam, driving brand loyalty and creating memorable moments from the first bite to the last.

White Castle offers competitive weekly pay with starting wages ranging from $15.00 to $19.20 per hour depending on qualifications and experience. Our compensation package also includes an annual holiday bonus subject to company financials.
