Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience as cook, customer service, or cashier desired
  • ability to reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • strong communication skills
  • attention to detail and ability to manage tasks efficiently

Job Qualifications

  • Previous customer service or cashier experience in a quick service environment or other similar role
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • proficiency using Microsoft Office suite including Word and Excel
  • interest and availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • ability to prioritize work and demonstrate problem-solving ability and attention to detail
  • strong work ethic and high personal standards for quality of work
  • interest in continued training and development

Job Duties

  • Be friendly
  • assist guests in selecting their meal and suggestive sell
  • ensure orders are accurate
  • maintain an accurate balanced cash till by following all cash handling procedures
  • follow all company standards and procedures to fulfill orders
  • maintain a clean working environment
  • wash dishes during slow periods
  • heat up or cook side dishes and prep for the day or next day
